I also recently finished "Several People Are Typing" and loved it! If you're looking for atypical narrative structures, I recommend "Interior Chinatown" by Charles Yu. It's a novel written like a screenplay, and although it tackles serious topics like racial discrimination in the entertainment industry, it's also darkly funny.

Congrats on the top 10 lists!

I remember South Park doing a skit at one point where the recurring punch line was Cartman saying, "Women are funny, too, bro!" as a dig at Hitchens. Also, to paraphrase, I once read a devastating critique about Hitchens that went something like: "Nobody has ever written more beautifully while also being wrong about absolutely everything." Hopefully it was written by a woman. :-)
